BUY Exceptional Canadian Lynx Fur Pelt – Yukon River Country, Alaska
This is an exceptionally beautiful Canadian Lynx fur pelt, sourced from the remote Yukon River country of interior Alaska. The fur is outstandingly thick and luxurious—so full you can literally bury your hands in it. The light brown base is dramatically accented by a vibrant silver sheen, and the spotted belly adds contrast and character.
Though structurally rated #1, the pelt has several minor leather imperfections:
-
Approx. 1.75″ cut on the abdomen
-
~3.5″ hunter-sewn tear just above the left rear foot
-
Additional cuts of ~2″ and ¾” on the upper left rear legskin
-
Two small cuts (~1″ and 5/8″) near the posterior edge just right of the tail
These are not visible from the fur side and do not affect its suitability for taxidermy when handled by a competent professional. The pelt remains ideal for a rug mount or life-size display.
This specimen represents select-quality fur—a superb example of a mature male lynx from one of North America’s most pristine and remote regions. A standout piece for collectors, taxidermists, or wildlife art enthusiasts.
